Cocktail Parisian Twist

Café de Paris Brut, pink grapefruit cream, raspberry puree and lemon juice.

20 ml pink grapefruit cream
20ml Raspberry Puree
10 ml lemon juice
120 ml Café de Paris Brut

1 fresh grapefruit peel for decoration

Preparation of the recipe

1. Pour the grapefruit cream, raspberry puree and lemon juice directly into the glass.
2. Add ice and pour in the Café de Paris Brut.
3. Stir once with a spoon.
4. Top up with grapefruit zest.
