A journey between Paris and Havana, which during the Roaring Twenties was called the “Paris of the Caribbean”. A twist on the famous Mojito, where the expression Brut de Café de Paris replaces sparkling water for a more complex drink. An explosive mix for a refreshing and thirst-quenching cocktail.
Ingredients

40 ml Dark Rum
20ml Lime Juice
10ml Brown Sugar Syrup
60 ml Café de Paris Brut
15 mint leaves
1 lime wedge & mint leaves for decoration
Preparation of the recipe
- Straight into the glass: add ice, gin, liqueur, orange juice, bitter and Café de Paris Demi-Sec.
- Stir with a spoon.
- Garnish with orange slices.
